Our client is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to lead their Clearing, Post Trade and Group IT Architecture BA function. This hands-on leadership role combines strategic oversight with practical delivery, requiring both management excellence and technical expertise.

12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and evolve Business Analysis best practices across the organization
• Drive the BA Community of Practice, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Provide thought leadership on project shaping and business case development
• Manage and mentor a team of business analysts
• Spearhead business analysis activities across multiple complex projects
• Partner with stakeholders to define business cases and value propositions
• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for strategic initiatives
• Ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Oversee quality assurance of team deliverables

Required Experience

• Proven track record managing BA teams in financial services
• Extensive experience with large-scale system implementations
• Deep understanding of commodities derivatives markets
• Experience in clearing houses, exchanges, or investment banks
• Strong background in Agile methodologies
• History of successful stakeholder management at senior levels

Essential Skills
