Disaster Recovery Analyst - Business Continuity/Backup and Recovery/IT Infrastructure, Incident Response - £350 p/d Inside - 6 Month Contract
We are looking for a Disaster Recovery Analyst on behalf of our client, a global events business. As a Disaster Recovery Analyst, you will work in partnership with the Manager to ensure the organisation's data and systems remain protected and recoverable. You will play a crucial part in developing, implementing, and testing disaster recovery plans and strategies whilst improving the current state.
Key responsibilities
- Support in the development and maintenance of disaster recovery plans, procedures, and policies.
- Identity areas of improvement in existing disaster recovery capabilities through regular and thorough assessment.
- Partake in simulations and drills to properly test and validate plans.
- Risk Assessment; proactively identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, as well as assessing their impact on business operations.
Skills/Experience- Experience in a similar IT support position.
- Proficient analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team, and/or autonomously.
- Demonstrable understanding of IT infrastructure and systems.
- A strong interest and enthusiasm for Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity.
Please note: This role will require 2 mandatory dates onsite (Wednesday & Thursday).
