Enterprise Social Media & Content Management Project Manager/ECM Delivey Manager/CMS/ECM Product Manager/CMS Delivery Manager/CMS Product manager

Location: London - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week)
Contract: 6 months
Rate: Up to £600-£650/day (Umbrella)

Role Summary

• Enterprise Content Management (ECM): Implement group-wide content systems, governance, workflows, approvals and AI-enabled processes across digital platforms (eg Intranet, website).
• Enterprise Social Media: Design and implement processes and tooling to govern and approve partnership social media activity across Head Office and partner businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver enterprise digital initiatives across content and social media.
• Define scope, roadmap, governance and delivery milestones.
• Manage stakeholders across Digital, IT, Marketing, Compliance and Risk.
• Coordinate vendors and technology partners.
• Drive adoption, change management and reporting.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience in digital, technology or martech project management.
• Strong background in digital platforms, CMS, content governance or martech.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives in complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable

• Experience in regulated industries (eg financial services).
• Knowledge of social media governance and enterprise tooling.
