Location: Didcot, UK

Salary: Upto £65,000

Join the vibrant and expanding Natural Resources and New Energies team as a Senior Planner. In this role, you will engage in a variety of Controls & Performance responsibilities for high-profile projects and programs. You will have the opportunity to collaborate, innovate, and learn from our experienced Planning & Scheduling community while contributing to our extensive Controls and Performance Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate project schedule progress and performance, identifying emerging problem areas.
  • Analyze critical paths and constraints, recommending work-arounds as necessary.
  • Lead the development of status reports to keep management informed.
  • Provide training and coaching on planning processes and practices.
  • Challenge schedule information to ensure realism and robustness.
  • Understand and explain Earned Value Management (EVM) reports.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience with a standard scheduling tool (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.) is essential.
  • Practical application of Earned Value Management (EVM) is desirable.
  • Familiarity with NEC contracts is desirable.
  • A UK driving license or the ability to travel to client sites across the region is essential.
