A Verint Case Management Pro Analyst is required for our client for an initial 3-month contract (likelihood to extend). To support our clients new CRM - Verint and in particular CM Pro development (cloud based). This is a remote position, however some days are required in the office during the first 2 weeks of the assignment (to collect laptop and to familiarise yourself with the role).

Experience of Verint Case Management Professional Cloud/On prem, from an operational perspective or developer.

Technical Requirements

• Preferably: Demonstrable experience of developing the Verint CRM system/case management pro.
• Experience in low code application development including extending basic code functionality to deliver more complex processes.
• Experience in contributing to delivery of applications from concept, through beta and into production.
• Experience and comfort with Agile/Dev Ops methodologies.
• Proficiency in web-based languages (eg JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML etc)
• Proficiency in XML
• Knowledge of Database Modelling and integration platforms including Mulesoft
• Knowledge of solution architecture and design, and web application performance
• Knowledge in related technologies such as DBMSs, Application Servers, JS Frameworks or other components that can integrate with low code development platforms.
• Knowledge of working with APIs
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS
• An eagerness to learn and evaluate new and emerging technologies.
• Understands and applies latest accessibility standards, currently WCAG2.1
• A critical thinker with an open mind who can be unique, continuously be challenged and is willing to challenge others.
