iO Associates have partnered with a leading National Security consultancy who develop novel products that solve real world problems in mission-critical environments.

We are looking for a senior technical operations lead to join our client during an exciting period of growth.

Successful candidates will be delivering complex transformation & change within National Security.

What you'll be doing:

• Interacting with clients to help solve problems
• Designing service models for National Security customers
• Help steer and grow a rapidly developing business unit
• Understand customer needs in order to weave effective support and services into the products they offer
• Managing multifunctional teams
• Contributing to the growth strategy
• Driving revenue
• Operational management

What you'll need:

• Experience working with emerging technologies eg AI/ML, vulnerability research, complex software systems
• A history of successfully managing complex IT operations, specifically within defence and/or National Security
• Openness to change, and ability to forge change
• Knowledge of the National Security landscape
• Experience working within the ITIL framework
