Business Analyst - Software Engineering (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: 450 a day
We are seeking an experienced Contract Business Analyst (IR35) to join a dynamic team for an exciting product expansion project. As a pivotal member of the team, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams, utilising your expertise in software-focused analysis within Agile. Fully remote with once a month meet ups at their HQ in central Surrey.
You will have experience of -
- Proven experience in software-focused business analysis.
- Providing detailed user stories.
- Proficient in Legacy systems analysis.
- Plan and conduct requirements elicitation workshops, delivering appropriate outputs for stakeholders.
- Capture and document compliance requirements and user stories.
- Manage and update analysis planning collateral (eg, backlog/Kanban).
- Create user stories, success criteria, and acceptance criteria.
- Support refinement sessions with the engineering team.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to understand product, systems, and domain.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution.
- Assist Senior BA with reporting, stakeholder management, and execution.
