Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with strong expertise in the Retail and Digital domain to lead organisational, process, and technology-driven change initiatives. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless adoption of new systems, workflows, and operating models across retail stores, supply chain, merchandising, and customer-facing teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesChange Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute change management strategies for retail and customer transformation programs.
- Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and readiness evaluations.
- Create structured change plans, including communication, training, and adoption roadmaps.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Engage with senior business leaders, store managers, and cross-functional teams to align on change initiatives.
- Prepare clear communication materials tailored for retail audiences (HQ, regional teams, store staff).
- Facilitate workshops, briefings, and change forums.
Training & Adoption
- Work with functional and training teams to design and deliver retail-focused learning modules.
- Support deployment of new store technologies, digital tools, and updated standard operating procedures.
- Monitor adoption, resistance, and feedback from retail staff; implement corrective actions.
Project Governance & Reporting
- Support program leads in change governance, reporting, and risk mitigation.
- Track KPIs such as adoption rate, training completion, behavioural shifts, and operational improvements.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skill & Qualification
- 7 12 years of experience in Change Management, with at least 3 5 years in the Retail industry.
- Experience in managing change for retail store systems (POS, OMS, WMS, ERP), digital transformation, or omnichannel programs.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, store processes, merchandising, and customer experience.
- Proficiency with change management frameworks (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with global retail brands or multi-store environments.
