Salary: £600-700 (Inside 1R35)
McCabe & Barton have partnered with a leading financial institution to recruit a Change Risk Analyst. This pivotal role involves supporting the IT Risk Officer in the development, maintenance, and oversight of the Change Risk Management Framework, alongside implementing controls and conducting risk reporting to enhance operational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the Change Risk Management Framework in alignment with industry best practices.
- Facilitate the delivery of change risk and operational resilience elements within our client's wider Enterprise Risk Management and Operational Risk frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with the Enterprise Program Management Office (PMO) to support the Change Project Lifecycle.
- Provide guidance and support on Change Risk management and promote a culture of active risk and issue management within project teams.
- Develop change risk reports for management and various committees.
- Stay updated on market and regulatory developments in change risk management.
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in change/project risk management, oversight, or related activities within the financial industry.
- Proficient in change implementation and integration of risk considerations into projects.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall methodologies, and operational resilience regulations.
