SAP CX Solution Architect - Paris - 6months + (Freelance)
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an SAP CX Solution Architect for an exciting project with a global FMCG client of ours.
Requirements for the SAP CX Solution Architect
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead with expertise in SAP Customer Experience solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP CX modules and components (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud).
- Hands-on experience in architecting and implementing SAP CX solutions for complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and methodologies (REST, SOAP, OData, etc.) with SAP and non-SAP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- SAP certifications in relevant modules (eg, C_C4H410_04, C_C4H510_04) preferred.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP CX solutions, including SAP Sales Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Service Cloud, and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to develop comprehensive technical solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- Design and implement end-to-end solutions integrating SAP CX with other enterprise systems.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, consultants, and project managers to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate SAP CX capabilities and solutions to clients.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CX technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
