HR & Payroll Specialist - Remote - 6 Months (Contract)

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an EU based HR & Payroll Specialist with experience in EMEA Payrolls. We are looking for passionate and proactive people who can make a difference and add value to an organization.

The Payroll Consultant must have the following skill set:

  • 3-5 years of experience with UK, Romania, Spain, France or Germany
  • Experience working with vendors and systems like ADP GV or Celergo, or EY
  • With experience in Workday, ServiceNow, Teams, Sharepoint or other HR tools
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Understand the importance of Compliance and Privacy

The Payroll Consultant will:

  • Answer employee queries and resolves cases in cooperation with co-workers as appropriate.
  • Ensure HR activities are performed according to operational calendars and maintains these up-to-date.
  • Preparation and processing of monthly payroll runs.
  • Maintain payroll administration as required by company, audit and country regulations.
  • Year-end activities as required, related to local and international payroll and reporting/statistics.
  • Maintain and expand knowledge of country-specific relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Driving and facilitating interactions with third parties (local HR/Tax authorities/Financial institutions) as well as with payroll vendors for co-sourced solutions.
  • Collaborate in HR Projects as required and self-sufficiently balances workload with daily operations
