Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen SAP HCM CATS Berater mit Erfahrung im Bereich der Applikationsbetreuung.
Ihre Hauptaufgabe besteht in der Unterstützung des Kunden im laufenden Geschäftsbetrieb.
Aufgaben:
* Technischer Support in der Applikationsbetreuung (1st - 3rd Level)
* Ticketbearbeitung über SAP CATS mit Reaktionszeit von 24 Stunden
* Rücksprache mit dem Fachbereich und dessen Beratungen
Anforderungen:
* Gute Supporterfahrung mit SAP CATS
* Gute Projekterfahrung mit SAP HCM
* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit auf Abruf
Projektdetails:
* Start: Mai 2024
* Auslastung: 1 Tag/Woche bzw. stundenweise
* Dauer: 6+ Monate (Option auf Verlängerung)
* Ort: 100% remote
* Sprache: Deutsch
