PMO - Front Office Banking 50% (Contract)

PMO - Front Office vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
Your tasks:
- Organizing senior management committee meetings, including preparing presentations and minutes
- Establishing a project management office for the implementation of the Country and Client Coverage model
- Communicating with regional business managements globally, including managing the team inbox, assessing and tracking special cases, and escalating to senior management as needed
- Maintaining and improving the Country Coverage Centre (Intranet knowledge hub)
- Updating web-based training material for Relationship Managers and Front stakeholders
Your experience/knowledge:
- 2+ years of experience in project management and business analysis or in a similar role
- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, preferably with Front Office, legal or change management responsibilities
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, the ability to visualize complex data and information using MS Office
- University degree or equivalent in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
- Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, German would be a plus
Your soft skills:
- Strong communication skills and comfortable managing senior stakeholders
- Solid strategic, conceptual and organisational skills plus a structured workstyle, good attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
