Supply Chain Specialist - SAP (Contract)

Location: Visp, Valais Country: Switzerland Rate: Swiss Franc80 - Swiss Franc100 per day + Negotiable
 

Supply Chain Expert - SAP

Start Date: Anytime - We can accommodate a reasonable notice period

Contract Length: 12 Months + Extension

Location: Visp, Switzerland

Hybrid: 2 days in the office in Visp + 3 days remote

Hours: 41H per week

I am currently collaborating with a prominent pharmaceutical company that is actively seeking a Supply Chain Expert to join their team on a hybrid basis in Visp, Switzerland.

Ideally, we are looking for an individual who can initiate this project as soon as possible, although we can certainly accommodate a reasonable notice period.

The role

As Supply Chain Expert you would be accountable/responsible for:

  • providing help to site contributing/designing solutions and improvements at the site level while ensuring process/improvements are standardized and implemented across all BU's within Visp facility
  • It will also to drive the sustainability of the processes in SAP within the organization, train end users and SMEs, and ensure the appropriate level of documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions) are in place and Embedded into the company's Quality System.
  • We need SAP expert in the End to End value chain (plan, procure, produce, store, deliver, invoice y including master data management, warehousing, and inventory management)

Specifics responsibilities

o System's landscape

o SAP EWM deployment

o Interface with MES (Syncade)

o Detail Scheduling tool (OMP)

o Sub-processes and data

o Contribute to the design and deployment of all sub-processes having an impact on:

  • inventory management and material flow from procurement to storage of finish good (transactional data)
  • All master data (Material Master and Production Master Data) required in an integrated system environment

o Project Management

o Drive own projects and contribute as team member to others

o Test systems and processes supported by master data

o Develop supporting documentation (training, SOP/WI) and publish in the Document Management System

o Roll-out and train the end users

People

o Builds broad alliances and networks to engage stakeholders and drive projects to the closure phase
