For our client, a leading Swiss bank, we are seeking an experienced German speaking Scrum Master for a 6 month initial contract in Zurich.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement process optimisation to ensure smooth, efficient, and successful operations.
• Remove obstacles and resolve conflicts to maintain team productivity.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders such as Product Owners and the Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Drive, promote, and develop the agile journey and mindset within the bank.
• Ensure the project's alignment with agile principles.

Qualifications:

• Training and certifications in agile methods such as SAFe, Kanban, Lean Management, Scrum, etc.
• Several years of professional experience as a Scrum Master.
• Expertise in coaching various roles in agile working methods.
• Passion for IT, empathy, and strong methodological skills.
• Professional working proficiency in German.
